この投稿の少し前に、東京の足立区で7歳の児童をひき殺したトラック運転手が不起訴になったという投稿がありました。 「児童より重いハトの命か?」

Shortly before this post, there was a post about a truck driver who hit and killed a 7-year-old child in Adachi Ward, Tokyo, and was not prosecuted.
The post reads, "Is the life of a pigeon heavier than that of a child?"

実名報道は逮捕された直後に行われるから、不起訴になったかどうかは別だし、逮捕された時点で起訴できるか怪しいからマスコミに発表できてないとか？
ならハトはねた運転手を起訴する気満々なんだと思うんですけど、どうなるのかなぁ

The real name reporting is done right after the arrest, so it's not like they can't release the information to the media because they may or may not have dropped the case and it's doubtful they can prosecute at the time of the arrest?
