The cab driver who hit the driver with "clear intent" is not charged. I think the arrest is definitely overkill, but I think the cab driver is a pretty bad ass too...

I know "with intent to kill" is a bad idea, but I wonder if they'd have to kill a lot of people to get an indictment.
I guess that's the point where prosecutors, police, and judges don't want to bring indictments on this basis alone.

Even if you were to make a sharp turn, you can't just aim a small pigeon at it and ride up on it.
