タクシーで歩行者をはねて逃走し、死亡させたとして、警視庁は１３日、東京都国立市、タクシー運転手の男（７７）を自動車運転死傷行為処罰法違反（過失運転致死）と道路交通法違反（ひき逃げ）の疑いで逮捕した。

　発表によると、男は同日午前１時５０分頃、豊島区目白でタクシーを運転中、路上を歩いていた会社員大村武生さん（４９）（福井県小浜市）をはねて現場から逃走し、大村さんを死亡させた疑い。

　事故当時、男は乗客１人を乗せており、「客を送ることを優先した」などと容疑を認めている。

　事故直後、大村さんは後続車にもひかれ、搬送先の病院で死亡が確認された。

　警視庁は、後続車のドライブレコーダー映像などから男を特定した。

A cab driver, 77, of Kunitachi City, Tokyo, was arrested by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department on January 13 on suspicion of violating the Act on Punishment of Vehicle Driving Causing Death or Injury (negligent homicide) and the Road Traffic Act (hit-and-run) for striking and killing a pedestrian in his cab.

　According to the announcement, the man was driving a cab in Mejiro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo, at around 1:50 a.m. on the same day when he allegedly hit Takeo Omura, 49, a company employee in Obama City, Fukui Prefecture, who was walking on the street, and fled the scene, killing him.

　The man was carrying one passenger at the time of the accident, and he has admitted to the charges, saying that he prioritized sending the passenger on his way.

　Immediately after the accident, Mr. Omura was also run over by a car following behind, and was pronounced dead at the hospital where he was taken.

　The Metropolitan Police Department identified the man from the drive recorder footage of the following car.

今日から自弁が食べれる

自弁とは留置所や拘置所で勾留されている被疑者が自費で購入できる弁当や物品の
ことだ

警視庁の自弁は他の地方警察署より厳しい

山口や福岡ではお菓子やコーヒー等も自弁購入でき、いつでも食べれたが

警視庁は月〜土の昼食時のみだ
月〜金は弁当が注文できるが
土曜はワッフルかどら焼きのどちらかだけ

ジュースは日替わりで月〜土の昼食時に注文できるが、牛乳や甘いコーヒーとかであまり注文する気にならない

日曜は自弁なし
官弁のコッペパン２つと揚げ物1品だけだ

今日は土曜日なのでワッフルを注文した
去年メンズエステで逮捕された2ヶ月間も毎週土曜日にこのワッフルを食べた

まあまあうまい

でもワッフルとコッペパンだけじゃ
お腹いっぱいにはならない

早く出てお腹いっぱい好きなものを食べたい

保釈申請が降りるって事は、証拠が司法側は揃って居るから証拠隠滅の恐れがないと言う判断でしょうし。
