昨今、社会問題化している私人逮捕系YouTuberをめぐっては、このところ逮捕者が相次いでいる。2023年11月13日には煉獄コロアキこと杉田一明容疑者（40）が名誉毀損容疑で、また11月20日には痴漢・盗撮の撲滅をうたって活動していた「ガッツch」の運営者・今野蓮容疑者（30）が逮捕されている。

次に逮捕される私人逮捕系YouTuberは誰かと言われていたなかでの沢田容疑者の逮捕に、Xには、

《お前逮捕される側だったんだ》

《正義の味方を気取っても悪は悪》

《これで私人逮捕は一切信用出来なくなりました》

《私人逮捕『される』系YouTuberか。鮮やかに散れ！》

などと、手厳しい声が多く寄せられている。

沢田容疑者の逮捕に、詐欺や悪徳マルチ商法の撲滅活動をおこなう【新宿109】KENZOは、自身のXで《沢田の被害者が他にもいると思うので、連絡ください》と投稿。その3時間後にも、《悪いやつを成敗する為に捕まるなら庇えるけど、大義名分もない私利私欲にまみれた詐欺容疑で逮捕されるのは庇いきれないな》と、バッサリ突き放した。

Recently, a number of YouTubers have been arrested for defamation, including Kazuaki Sugita (40), a.k.a. Koroaki Sugita, on November 13, 2023, and Ren Konno (30), the operator of "Gutsch," which promotes the elimination of molestation and voyeurism, on November 20, 2023. On November 20, Ren Konno, 30, the operator of "Guts ch," a web site that promotes the eradication of groping and voyeurism, was arrested.

The arrest of Sawada came at a time when many were wondering who would be the next YouTuber to be arrested,

You were the one to be arrested.

Evil is evil even if you pretend to be on the side of justice.

Now I don't trust private arrests anymore.

The arrest of Sawada has been met with many harsh comments.

In response to Sawada's arrest, [Shinjuku 109] KENZO, who is involved in activities to eradicate fraud and illegal multilevel marketing, posted on his X page, "I think there are other victims of Sawada, so please contact me. Three hours later, he also threw down the gauntlet, saying, "If he is caught for the sake of defeating a bad guy, I can support him, but to be arrested on a fraud charge for personal gain with no cause, I can't support him.

自身のYouTubeのプロフィール欄で、

《女性を狙う卑劣な犯罪者が何食わぬ顔で社会に出ています。犯罪者たちよ、首を洗って待ってろ》

などと、うそぶいていた沢田容疑者。何食わぬ顔でYouTubeを更新しつつ、裏でおこなっていた詐欺疑惑について、どう弁明するのだろうか？

In his YouTube profile section,

《Vile criminals who target women are out in the world with an unsuspecting face. Criminals, wash your heads and wait for me.

Sawada, the suspect, was making such comments on his YouTube profile page. How will he explain his alleged fraudulent activities behind the scenes, while he updates his YouTube page with a nonchalant face?

私人逮捕系YouTuberから、また逮捕者が出た。

「難病を患っている」とウソをつき、交際していた女性から現金250万円をだまし取ったとして、1月11日に逮捕されたのは「スーパードミネーター」こと沢田優容疑者（28）。

詐欺の疑いで逮捕された沢田容疑者は、自身のYouTubeで「盗撮が疑われる一般人を追跡して拘束した上で警察に引き渡す」活動を展開。過去にアップされた動画のなかには、逃げようとする容疑者を駅のホームで引き倒して制圧する過激な回もあり、9.11万人と、そこそこのチャンネル登録者数を持っていた。
報道によると、沢田容疑者は、2020年10月、当時、交際していた20代の女性に対して、難病指定されている「成人スチル病」を患っていると嘘をつき、「治療費として3000万円が必要だ」として現金250万円をだまし取った疑い。取り調べに対し、沢田容疑者は「金は遊ぶために使った」と容疑を認めているという。

Another arrest has been made among YouTubers who have been arrested.

Yu Sawada, 28, aka "Super Dominator," was arrested on January 11 for swindling a woman he was dating out of 2.5 million yen in cash by lying that she was suffering from an incurable disease.

Among the videos uploaded in the past, there was an extreme one in which he subdued a suspect who was trying to escape by pulling him down on a station platform, and he had a modest number of channel subscribers, 91,100.
According to media reports, in October 2020, Sawada allegedly lied to a woman in her 20s with whom he was dating at the time that she was suffering from adult Still's disease, which is designated as an incurable disease, and defrauded her of 2.5 million yen in cash by claiming he needed 30 million yen for medical expenses. Upon questioning, Sawada admitted to the charges, saying that he used the money to play with.

他の事で再逮捕された時でも保釈金が没収されます

Mr. Soshi, the photographer has absolutely nothing to do with this and I hope you will continue.
However, it would be better not to make a private arrest if you are not familiar with the law.
I'm sure Mr. Sawada will ask for bail, but until he is sentenced, it's best that he only edit his activities.
Even if he is re-arrested for something else, his bail will be forfeited.

沢田容疑者が以前働いていたボーイズバーに女性が客として来店したことがきっかけで知り合い、交際していた。沢田容疑者は「水商売をやる者として、客から金を引くのは普通のことだ」などと供述しているという。

The suspect met a woman as a customer at a boys' bar where Sawada used to work, and they started dating. Sawada stated that it was normal for him to withdraw money from customers as a member of the amusement industry.

沢田優さんには罪を償って、反省してもらって、「人は過ちを犯しても、やり直して信頼を勝ち取ることが出来る」ということを証明してもらいたい。盗撮魔撲滅運動は続けて欲しいです。日本の犯罪者の再犯率は48％。残りの52％はしっかり更生している。このチャンネルで警察に連行された人たちも、半分ぐらいは更生している。被害者を救いとても意味のある活動だと思います。

I hope that Yu Sawada will atone for his crime and show remorse and prove that "people can start over and win trust even after making mistakes. I hope that the campaign to eradicate voyeurism will continue. The recidivism rate of criminals in Japan is 48%. The remaining 52% are well rehabilitated. About half of the people brought in by the police through this channel have also been rehabilitated. I think this is a very meaningful activity that saves victims.

一つ提案。
どんな被疑者の時でも関係無く警察に引き渡す際に
「こいつ販売目的かもしれないんでしっかり家のパソコンとかもデータと通信履歴捜査したほうが良いです。」って警官に言ったほうが良いと思います。
従順に連行される奴はそれはそれで反省するフリして取り調べを最小限に抑えようとしてるかもしれないので。

One suggestion.
When handing over a suspect to the police, regardless of the suspect's status
"This guy might be trying to sell something, so I suggest that you check the data and communication history of his home computer as well. It is better to say to the police officer, "This guy might be trying to sell the goods.
If he is taken away obediently, he may be pretending to be sorry and trying to minimize the interrogation.

被害女性のいる前で、容疑者に対し「トラブル防止の為に動画を撮影してます」って言ってるシーンを以前の動画で見ましたが、被害女性にはYouTubeに動画を上げることをお伝えしているのでしょうか？モザイクがあり法的には必要無いかもしれませんが、動画上げられてどういう気持ちになるか考えられてますか？女性に詐欺を働いた方のお仲間なので少し心配になりました

I saw a scene in a previous video where you said to the suspect in front of the female victim, "I'm filming the video to prevent problems." Do you tell the female victim that you will post the video on YouTube? There may be a mosaic and it may not be legally necessary, but have you thought about how you would feel if the video was uploaded? I am a little concerned because I am a friend of the person who scammed the woman.

リキさんは被疑者を捕らえた際も冷静で、「まずは落ち着きましょう」との
発言により抵抗をやめたり、我に返ったりする動画を視聴してきているので
見た目強面で、相手を抑え込む沢田さんとは対応が異なっています。
今回の報道により、活動に支障が出るのは大変残念ですが、今後については
リキさんと、そうしさんで継続していただきたく、願っております。
