前に不動産業で物件撮影担当してましたが、内見の方だけでなく、ルームクリーニングの業者がやらかしてることが結構ありました。 長時間流されずに放置されてるのでかなり臭いし、ほんとうに最悪です。 水が流れないことをしってるはずの人なので、かなりの高頻度で遭遇したので、業者のおじさんたちはほんとに常識ないんだなと思ってました。

I just built a new detached house and had the same experience the day I moved in.

霊感の強い友達を連れて行くことです。過去にひどい物件に当たりまして、左隣から夜中どんどん壁殴ってる音が毎日のように聞こえてクレーム直接言いに行こうと思ったら空き家でしたからね。
隣は2年前首吊り現場だったようで首吊る時足バタバタさせすぎて壁凹んでたらしいです。

地方都市しか勝たんな。東京に2時間で行けて5万もあればそこそこ良い所に住めて駅前がそこそこ栄えている仙台最高。
Only local cities can win. Sendai is the best because you can get to Tokyo in 2 hours, you can live in a nice place for 50,000 yen, and the station is prosperous.
東京も23区の端までいけば5万円台でそこそこの物件でてくるけど、地元の不動産とか行かないとまともな物件出てこないのが難易度高い。

安すぎる物件は水周り、立地、建物の構造、隣人トラブルとかに問題がありそう
