副作用
胸痛・心拍数増加・動悸・息切れ・呼吸困難・うっ血性心不全・むくみ・体重増加などの重大な心血管系障害が報告されています。
ミノキシジルタブレットの安全性は十分に検証されていないため、現在も報告されていない副作用が生じる可能性があります。
服用に際しては必ず医師に相談し、副作用が出た場合はすみやかに診療を受けてください。

※副作用は米国で高血圧治療の用途等での服用に際し報告されたものです。

・塩分および水分貯留
治療開始時に浮腫が認められなかった服用者のうち、7％で一時的な浮腫が発生しました。
また貯留に伴いうっ血性心不全が起こることもあるため、通常十分量の利尿薬と併用されます。

・心膜炎、心嚢液貯留、心タンポナーデ
ミノキシジルタブレット服用に関連して心膜炎が発生したという報告があります。
また心タンポナーデを伴うこともある心嚢液貯留が、服用者（透析を受けていない）の約3％、特に腎機能が不十分または低下している方でみられました。

・多毛症
ミノキシジルタブレット服用者の約80％に、細い体毛の伸長、肥厚、色素の増強が見られ、療開始後3〜6週間以内に現れます。通常、始めはこめかみの間、眉毛の間、生え際と眉毛の間、または上部外側頬の胸やけ部分で認められ、後に背中、腕、脚、頭皮にまで広がります。
ミノキシジルタブレットの服用を辞めると、新たに発毛することはなくなりますが、服用前の状態に戻るのに1〜6か月ほど要することもあります。

・アレルギー性発疹
アレルギー性発疹のまれな副作用として水疱性発疹、スティーブンス・ジョンソン症候群も報告されています。

・血液
血小板減少症および白血球減少症（WBC <3000 / mm 3）はほとんど報告されていないません。

・胃腸
吐き気や嘔吐が報告されています。

・乳房の圧痛
服用者の1％未満の方にみられました。

上記以外でも気になる症状が出た場合は、医師に相談してください。

Side effects
Serious cardiovascular problems such as chest pain, increased heart rate, palpitations, shortness of breath, dyspnea, congestive heart failure, swelling, and weight gain have been reported.
Since the safety of minoxidil tablets has not been fully verified, there is a possibility that unreported side effects may still occur.
Always consult a physician before taking any medication, and seek medical attention promptly if side effects occur.

Side effects have been reported in the United States when taken for the treatment of hypertension.

Salt and water retention
Temporary edema occurred in 7% of patients who did not have edema at the start of treatment.
Because congestive heart failure can occur with retention, the drug is usually used in combination with a sufficient dose of diuretics.

Pericarditis, pericardial effusion, cardiac tamponade
There have been reports of pericarditis associated with minoxidil tablets.
Pericardial effusions, which can also be associated with cardiac tamponade, have been observed in approximately 3% of patients (not on dialysis) taking minoxidil tablets, especially those with inadequate or impaired renal function.

Hypertrichosis
About 80% of patients taking minoxidil tablets show elongation, thickening, and hyperpigmentation of fine body hair, which appears within 3 to 6 weeks after initiation of therapy. It is usually first seen between the temples, between the eyebrows, between the hairline and eyebrows, or on the upper outer cheeks in the area of the heartburn, and later spreads to the back, arms, legs, and scalp.
When the patient quits taking minoxidil tablets, there is no new hair growth, but it may take 1-6 months to return to the pre-dose state.

Allergic Rash
Rare side effects of allergic rash include bullous rash and Stevens-Johnson syndrome.

Blood
Thrombocytopenia and leukopenia (WBC <3000/mm 3) are rarely reported.

Gastrointestinal
Nausea and vomiting have been reported.

Breast tenderness
This was observed in less than 1% of patients taking the drug.

Consult a physician if symptoms other than those listed above occur.

定期的に購入させていただいてます。5mgを割って飲むのが面倒なので購入したが、扱いやすくおすすめ。5mgだと動悸等出るという方はこちらを購入して、朝と夜に一粒ずつ飲むという選択肢は有用であると感じる。小粒で飲みやすい。

半分にピルカッターで割って副作用しています。会社の同僚と何人かで飲み始めましたが、自分は今の所副作用は出ていません。同僚はめまいと多毛症があったみたいですが、自分は何も出ませんでした。個人差があると思いますが公開は実感してます

I split it in half with a pill cutter and have been having side effects. I started taking it with some of my colleagues at work and I have not had any side effects so far.
